About Meals 4 Heels
Meals 4 Heels is the world’s only late-night meal delivery service catering specifically to sex workers and sex-positive clientele.
Founded in 2019 by the ingenious Portland, Oregon chef Nikeisah Newton, we proudly stepped in to answer the call for nutritious, punctual, and professional food delivery in “the strip club capital of America.” Our team has been at the forefront of trans marches, pride events, Black Lives Matter protests, and food initiatives for the homeless, and we’ve partnered with organizations like Don’t Shoot PDX. Our service has garnered national attention, with expansion requests pouring in from across the country.
However, for now, Meals 4 Heels remains focused on making a difference for marginalized communities in the Pacific Northwest.
Founder Nikeisah in arms with her 90% LGBTQ+ staff have taken the initiative to provide sex workers and sex positive clientele with the respectful service and delicious menu options they deserve!

Black Women in Food Award
Meals 4 Heels looks to de-stigmatize & bring visibility to the sex worker industry by providing meals to the community and employing current and former sex workers. Nikeisah's journey is a testament to the extraordinary impact that one person can have in creating a more equitable and compassionate society.
Meals 4 Heels began when Nikeisah Newton, a kitchen chef between jobs at the time, began making nutritious late-night meals for her partner, a dancer at one of Portland’s strip clubs. Most strip clubs there serve heavy bar food that catered to their clientele, which meant dancers often went hungry during and after their sets.
Nikeisah is a fierce advocate for the marginalized. She also works with local social justice organizations such as APANO, Pride NorthWest, The Black Arts Festival, and Forward Together. M4H provides the menu for Trans Brunch PDX, which offers healthy food, transit vouchers, clothing, acupuncture and medical advice to houseless trans people. She also volunteers for Free Lunch Collective, a mutual aid program feeding food-insecure communities.
Highlights from Chef in Your Garden, 2024
Inspired by my mom’s cherished recipes and flavors from around the world, ‘Chef in Your Garden’ was a celebration of culinary creativity and local ingredients.
Drawing from my mom’s cookbook, I crafted a unique dining experience that highlighted fresh produce from Portland’s finest farmers. This event allowed me to step outside my regular menu, sharing a taste of global flavors with creative freedom. It was a delightful fusion of tradition, innovation, and community.
