Meals 4 Heels

Meals 4 Heels, the world’s only late-night meal delivery service that caters to sex workers and sex positive clientele, was founded by the ingenious Portland, Oregon chef Nikeisah Newton in 2019. We have proudly stepped in to answer the call for nutritious, punctual, and professional food delivery service in “the strip club capital of America”. Our team has been in the front lines at trans marches, pride events, Black Lives Matter protests, food initiatives for the homeless, and have partnered previously with Don’t Shoot PDX. Nationally, our delivery service has received many calls across the country for expansion and garnered a great deal of positivity in the media. For the time being, Meals 4 heels will remain focused on using our food services to create a difference for the marginalized in the Pacific Northwest. Watch our video to learn more through the voice of the Founder of Meels 4 Heels

The creation of Meals 4 Heels was inspired by the founder’s ex who worked as a stripper. During their relationship, she saw firsthand how physically and emotionally tolling working in night clubs was for sex workers. When dancers could get food delivered, their meal options were normally unhealthy or the delivery worker made the dancers feel uncomfortable.

Founder Nikeisah in arms with her 90% LGBTQ+ staff have taken the initiative to provide sex workers and sex positive clientele with the respectful service and delicious menu options they deserve!

Getting to know the founder

Trendsetter Nikeisah is a black queer woman, who has quickly stepped into a leadership role through food activism in her local Black and Queer community creating cohesion between the two typically segmented groups. Food has always played a major role in her life, she had exposure from an early age to cuisine and cooking methods all around the world due to her military upbringing.

When she became an adult, she found herself professionally working in the food industry for 14-15 years. She knew she wanted more than a typical mundane lifestyle and created Meals 4 Heels to create the difference she knew her community needed.

She has now been coined a “local hero” due to her noble actions and the well-curated deliciously healthy menu of her catering service has garnered national acclaim.
